§ 93.38 TRACTION ENGINES, TRACTORS AND THE LIKE; LENGTH, WEIGHT.
   (A)   The operation of traction engines, tractors or other vehicles with lugs on the wheels or treads thereof on the paved portion of the streets of the town is prohibited unless planking is laid upon the streets, or other methods used to fully protect pavement from damage; and the town shall collect in a civil action from any person violating this division (A) the amount required to repair such pavement, in addition to the penalties hereinafter provided for the violation of the provisions of this division (A).

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the owner, driver or operator of any automobile, truck, trailer or combination of automobile or truck and trailer, or any other vehicle, which vehicle or combination of vehicles attached together having an over-all length, including anything attached to or loaded upon such, vehicle, of more than 19 feet, to park such vehicle or combination of vehicles attached together on any street in the town in any other manner than parallel to the curb and adjacent thereto; provided that, nothing herein contained shall be construed to permit the parking of such vehicles parallel to the curb in spaces marked or designated for parking at an angle.
