§ 93.36 MOVING BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES OVER STREETS.
   No building or structure may be moved over or across any street or alley unless the owner thereof shall have first made written application therefor and received permission from the Council of the said town, and shall have posted a bond in a sum not exceeding $1,000, as may be required by the said Council to fully protect the said town, and the streets, alleys and other improvements from any damage as the result of moving such building. It shall be the duty of any person moving a building to protect from damage trees overhanging the streets and alleys, and to protect the pavement by the use of wide wheels or planking appropriate to the weight of the structure to be moved.
