§ 92.03 REFUSE DECLARED A NUISANCE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for anyone to permit the dumping of refuse or junk of any kind, or to allow any such condition to remain or accumulate on any lot or tract of land in the town, and the allowance of such a condition to remain upon any lot or tract of land is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
   (B)   For purposes of this chapter, REFUSE includes, but is not limited to, piles of leaves; grass clippings; weeds and other lawn waste; limbs; branches and other storm-related waste; scrap lumber and roofing materials; household furniture and appliances; tires and other automotive waste; empty or partially full plastic or metal storage containers; or any other pile of junk or debris which is likely to become a haven for feral cats, dogs, or rodents, or a breeding ground for insects.
