§ 92.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Upon citation, the owner or occupant of the premises in violation of §§ 92.01 through 92.07 shall be subject to a forfeiture in an amount not less than $50, nor greater than $100, for each violation of §§ 92.01 through 92.07. A violation is defined as one week after the citation has been issued. Each continuous week of noncompliance is another violation.

   (C)   Any person who violates §§ 92.20 through 92.22 of this chapter shall be fined in an amount of up to $25 for the first violation of §§ 92.20 through 92.22 of this chapter and the fine shall increase in the amount of up to $25 for each additional violation, but not to exceed $150.
