§ 131.09 PURCHASE OF COMMODITIES FROM STATE BID.
   Departments may procure needed commodities and personal property from the State of Ohio Official Bid Listing if he or she finds that such purchases can be made at prices less than would be obtained by taking bids as provided by law for purchases from private individuals. It shall not be necessary to advertise for bids, but departments may make purchases upon such formal ties and such terms as are required by the State of Ohio government, irrespective of the amount of money involved. All the pertinent information from the state bid list for the item shall be included in the description on the purchase order.
