§ 129.09 INVESTMENT COMMITTEE.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Investment Committee for the city.
   (B)   The members of the Committee shall be the City Manager, City Auditor and City Attorney.
   (C)   The Committee shall advise the Council on financial and other matters and perform such other functions as requested by the Council.
