§ 129.05 BOARD OF FESTIVALS AND TOURISM.
   There is hereby established a Board of Festivals and Tourism consisting of seven members, electors of the city, appointed by Council for a term of four years. Of the members first appointed under this section, two shall hold office for two years, two shall hold office for three years, and three shall hold office for four years. The Board of Festivals and Tourism shall provide for the development of tourism for the city and the development and supervision of festivals in the city. The Board shall make such investigations, reports and recommendations relating to tourism and festivals as it finds necessary and desirable.
