The Division of Planning shall be under the direction of the City Planner who shall be accountable to the Director of Planning. This Department shall administer any urban renewal or neighborhood development project which may be undertaken by the city. This Division shall also assist Planning Commission in a staff capacity and shall perform other duties as may be assigned by ordinance or by the Director of Planning and Development.
