(A) Following approval of a preliminary plat and prior to filing a final plat, the subdivider shall file with the City Engineer seven copies of all plans and specifications for the improvements and one mylar of the recorded final plat as required by these subdivision regulations and in sufficient detail to enable the City Engineer to determine that the provisions of these subdivision regulations will be complied with. The plans and specifications shall have been prepared and certified by a professional engineer registered in the State of Ohio. Also, at this time, seven copies of the finalized landscape plan shall be submitted for final Planning Commission approval in compliance with Chapter 1153.
(B) Within 30 working days after filing of such plans and specifications, the City Engineer shall cause one copy so submitted to be returned to the subdivider with all comments, conditions and alterations clearly marked thereon.
(C) Construction plans for improvements to be installed shall be in compliance with the current edition of the Land Development Design and Construction Standards Manual standards on file in the office of the City Engineer.
