(A) There is hereby adopted a Thoroughfare Plan for the City of Lebanon, Ohio, as shown on the Thoroughfare Plan map, and such map, together with each revision thereof in the future, shall be authenticated by the signature of the Mayor and Clerk on such map. Such authenticated map is hereby declared to be the Official Thoroughfare Plan and Map of the City of Lebanon, Ohio.

(B) The 2009 Comprehensive Plan, which included an update to the Official Thoroughfare Plan, is hereby adopted pursuant to Lebanon Charter Section 8.07. Council hereby repeals the previously adopted plan and all amendments thereto.
