(A) Any person who violates any provision of the rules and regulations, shall upon conviction thereof be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and fined not more than $100 for the first offense, for each subsequent offense such person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and fined not more than $500 and/or punished by imprisonment of not more than 60 days.
(B) These regulations shall not be construed to preclude the applicability of any provisions of the Lebanon Codified Ordinances or the Ohio statutes unless such provision is inconsistent with the terms of these regulations.
