Cost of cemetery lots. The following charges pertaining to the Lebanon Cemetery are hereby enacted:
(A) Regular grave space in Sections SE Addition, SW Addition: $1,100 for a resident of the city; $1,400 per grave space for nonresidents of the city.
(B) Regular grave spaces in Sections A, B, C, D, F, G, and H: $1,100 for city residents; $1,400 for nonresidents of the city.
(C) Upright monument grave spaces in Section J: $1,100 for a resident of the city; $1,400 per gave space for nonresidents of the city. Flush monument grave spaces in Section J: $650 for a resident of the city; $900 per grave space for nonresidents of the city.
(D) Upright monument grave spaces in Sections K, K2, D-2, I: $1,100 per grave space for a resident of the city; $1,400 per grave space for nonresidents of the city.
