§ 920.15 REQUIREMENT TO PREVENT, CONTROL, AND REDUCE STORM WATER POLLUTANTS.

Best management practices are required for any activity, operation, or facility which may cause or contribute to pollution or contamination of storm water, the storm drain system, or waters of the State of Ohio. Permitted BMPs are set forth in the City of Lebanon Land Development Design and Construction Standards Manual.
