§ 920.04 ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   The city may designate specific duties and responsibilities to a designated agent through the execution of a memorandum of understanding or contractual agreement. The city or its designated agent may furnish additional policy, criteria and information, including specifications and standards, for the proper implementation of the requirements of these regulations; and may provide such information in the form of a storm water design manual or the City of Lebanon Land Development Design and Construction Standards Manual. The manual may be updated and expanded from time to time, at the discretion of the city, based on improvements in engineering, science, monitoring and local maintenance experience.
   (B)   The city will follow the Warren County Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination Manual (IDDE Manual) that outlines the county's approach to identify and addressing illicit discharges from the MS4.
