§ 920.03 STATUTORY AUTHORITY.

These regulations are promulgated in accordance with § 4 of Article XVIII of the Ohio Constitution and chapter 3745-39 of the Ohio Administrative Code to implement Phase II of the storm water program of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System established in 40 C.F.R. Part 122.
