(A) Waste collection services shall be provided for residences and business establishments in accordance with the administrative code of the city. The Director of Service shall maintain and keep current a list of all residents and business establishments for which waste collection service is provided, together with the amount per month to be charged each resident and business establishment. He or she shall furnish to the City Auditor such information as is necessary for proper billing.
(B) The City Auditor shall render all bills for waste collection service to the user thereof monthly. Where practicable, such bills may be included as part of the statements normally rendered to users of electricity.
