§ 509.15 IMMUNITY OF THE MOTHER.

(A) A woman on whom an abortion was induced or attempted shall be immune from prosecution for any violation of §§ 509.10 to 509.14 of the Lebanon Code of Ordinances based upon that abortion or attempted abortion.

(B) It is an affirmative defense to a charge under §§ 509.10 to 509.14 of the Lebanon Code of Ordinances that the allegedly unlawful conduct is expressly authorized under general Ohio law binding upon the City of Lebanon.
