(A) Opportunity for the public to provide input into the preparation of this chapter was provided by the city by means of City Council meetings.
(B) The city will periodically provide the public with information about this chapter, including information about the conditions under which each state of this chapter is to be initiated or terminated and the drought response measures to be implemented in each stage. This information will be provided by means of local cable access, local newspaper and/or other area media.
