(A) The Director of Service shall maintain a list of recommended trees for planting. This list must be consulted prior to planting.
(B) In new subdivisions, or when the development of commercial property occurs, the city shall review all landscaping plans, including street trees to be planted, to ensure conformance with the adopted tree list and landscaping related zoning requirements.
