(A) Whoever violates any provision of § 725.20 shall be fined not less than $25 for the first offense; for a second offense, such person shall be fined not less than $100. Each day’s violation constitutes a separate offense.
(B) Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter shall be fined $100. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
