§ 907.14 PROSECUTION OF VIOLATION.

If any violation of this Chapter is not corrected or any order is not complied with within the time specified in the notice following service of the notice, the Director or his or her representative may request the City Attorney to institute civil proceedings to restrain, correct, or abate such violation.
