(A) No garage sale shall be conducted on the same property more than three times in any 12-month period; and no garage sale shall be conducted on the same property more frequently than once every two months.
(B) No garage sale shall be conducted during hours other than 9:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m.
(C) No garage sale shall offer any merchandise for sale that has been purchased for purposes of resale.
(D) All signs erected to advertise a garage sale shall conform to the sign regulation governing the zoning district wherein the sign is located, but in no event shall any such sign exceed 12 square feet in area.
