§ 113.04 DIVISION INTO DEPARTMENT HEADS.

   The administrative service of the city shall be divided under the City Manager, into the following departments with the following heads:

Department            Head

Department of Finance      City Auditor

Department of Law         City Attorney

Department of Safety         Director of Safety

Department of Service      Director of Service

Department of Planning      Director of Planning

and Development          and Development
