§ 113.01 DUTIES OF CITY MANAGER; BOND.

(A) The City Manager shall be the chief executive and administrative officer of the city. He or she shall perform the duties required of him or her by the Charter, and such additional duties as may be prescribed herein.

(B) The City Manager shall furnish bond in the amount of $50,000.
