§ 103.01 OFFICIAL TIME.

Council hereby adopts Eastern Standard Time as the official time of the city to govern the various municipal offices and affairs of the city; except that during periods of the year when Eastern Daylight Savings Time is in effect throughout the State of Ohio through application of federal or state laws, then the official time of the city shall be Eastern Daylight Savings Time.
