§ 511.04 VIOLATION, REAL ESTATE BROKER/INSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE.

If it has been determined that a real estate broker or insurance representative has repeatedly violated this chapter, the Housing Compliance Officer may notify the Ohio Real Estate Commission for such action as it may deem appropriate.
