§ 335.15 PROHIBITION AGAINST PERMITTING MINOR TO DRIVE VEHICLE.

(A) No person shall cause or knowingly permit any minor to drive a motor vehicle upon a highway as an operator, unless the minor has first obtained a license or permit to drive a motor vehicle from the State of Ohio.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
