§ 508.13 CONCEALED HANDGUN POSSESSION ON CITY OWNED PROPERTY/BUILDINGS.

Pursuant to R.C. § 2923.126, a licensee under R.C. § 2923.125 or 2923.1213 is authorized to carry a concealed handgun in the City of Lebanon, Ohio City Building located at 50 South Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio, except during the operation of any function of the Lebanon Municipal Court.
