§ 910.08 RECONNECTION OF UTILITY SERVICE.
Any utility service, previously disconnected by the city, shall be reinstated by the city provided that all circumstances necessitating the discontinuance of service have been remedied to the satisfaction of the city, and all applicable reconnect fees have been paid in advance. The reconnect fee shall be $25 for standard reconnects, which is defined as occurring between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. For any reconnections performed outside of these standard work hours, the fee shall be $50. If the utility service requires a non-standard reconnection (i.e. disconnection and reconnection at a service pole) due to extenuating circumstances, then the city will bill the consumer a fee of $100 for reconnection of service.
