§ 910.03 METER READING OR ESTIMATES.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Director of Service to cause the meter on every service connected to any of the city's utilities to be read or estimated at intervals of approximately one month by an appropriate city employee, representative, contractor, or the consumer, with at least one such reading in every twelve month's period being made by an appropriate city employee utilizing the current technology, representative or contractor.
   (B)   Should the owner request that an electric or water meter be physically tested for accuracy and efficiency, a fee of $45 shall be applied to the account should the meter test accurate. No fee shall be applied to the account if the meter is deemed to be inaccurate.
