§ 379.03 PROHIBITION ON REAL PROPERTY.

No person shall operate or ride, or cause to be operated or ridden, a skateboard or skates on private property without the consent of the owner of such private property. No person shall operate or ride, or cause to be operated or ridden, a skateboard or skates on public property (excluding sidewalks).
