§ 373.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which a penalty has not otherwise been provided, shall be fined not more than $50.
   (B)   Whoever violates division (A), (D), or (E) of § 373.12 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
