§ 339.12 USE OF JAKE BRAKES PROHIBITED.

No person shall drive or operate, or cause to be driven or operated, any commercial vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer, that is equipped with special brakes or Jake brakes, in such a manner that the use of such brakes creates an excessive or unreasonable noise.
