§ 331.23 PROHIBITION AGAINST SOLICITING RIDES; RIDING ON OUTSIDE OF VEHICLE. [REPEALED]

This section was repealed in conjunction with the 1995 revision to this Code of Ordinances. For provisions regarding soliciting rides and riding on the outside of a vehicle, see § 371.06.
