The Division of Information Technology shall be under the direction of the Information Technology Coordinator, who shall be accountable to the Deputy City Manager. The Division shall be responsible for the following functions:
(A) Maintain, install, and upgrade all information technology hardware and software,including, but not limited to, computers, printers, servers, modems, switches, etc.
(B) Provide user support and troubleshooting for computer hardware and application needs.
(C) Research and provide technical expertise for information technology related issues.
(D) Configure and maintain all user account features. Maintain the city's information security system.
(E) Provide regular backups of data.
(F) Submit reports to the Deputy City Manager or the City Manager, as requested.
(G) Perform any and all other functions required by the Deputy City Manager and/or the City Manager.
