The Division of Telecommunications shall be under the direction of the Director of Telecomm-unication Operations, who shall be accountable to the Deputy City Manager. The Division shall be responsible for the following functions:
(A) Construct, operate and maintain a cable television and telecommunications utility for the city; including, but not limited to, cable television, internet, automated meter reading, and telephone.
(B) Maintain accurate records of all operations.
(C) Submit reports to the Deputy City Manager or the City Manager, as requested.
(D) Prepare and submit all reports required by law.
(E) Perform any and all other functions required by the Deputy City Manager and/or the City Manager.
