§ 709.04 SOLICITING THROUGH PLACEMENT OF BOXES.

It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to solicit charitable contributions by placing a receptacle for donations in any public place without first filing a notice of intent with the Chief of Police. Each person soliciting must in all other respects comply with the provisions of this chapter.
