§ 301.01 MEANING OF WORDS AND PHRASES.
   (A)   Except as otherwise provided, the definitions set forth in R.C. § 4501.01 shall apply to this Part 3 and the penal laws of the municipality.
   (B)   The following words and phrases when used in this Traffic Code, except as otherwise provided, shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this chapter.
