(A) It is the policy of the city to insure that all public funds are prudently managed in accordance with the stated investment philosophy of its Investment Committee and the City Auditor as fiscal officer (the “Fiscal Officer”). That stated philosophy is to invest public funds in a manner which will provide the highest investment return with the maximum security while meeting the daily cash flow demands of the city and conforming to all state and local statutes governing the investment of public funds.
(B) This policy has been approved and adopted by the Fiscal Officer, and a copy has been filed with the Auditor of the State of Ohio as required by R.C. § 135.14. The Fiscal Officer and all staff members will adhere to this policy, R.C. Chapter 135, and all other applicable laws and regulations at all times.
