SECTION 3.04. PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES.

After passage, ordinances required by law to be published shall be published in summary form, one time, in a newspaper of general circulation in the Village. Such summary shall consist of a brief statement of the purpose and effect of the ordinances. A copy of each ordinance shall be posted fifteen (15) days in a public place in the Village hall to be designated by Council.
