For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PUBLIC OFFICIAL. Any elected or appointed officer, employee, or agent of the city whether in a temporary or permanent capacity, including members of Council.
VALUABLE THING or VALUABLE BENEFIT. Includes, but is not limited to, a contribution.
