(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this Code or failing to comply with any order issued pursuant to any section thereof, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Violations by organizations shall be punished by a fine as provided by law. Each day that a violation continues, after service of notice as provided by this Code, shall be deemed a separate offense and punishable as such.
(B) The application of the above penalty shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions.
