(A) Under the provisions of § 3.06 of the Charter of the City of Lebanon, there is adopted for the city, for the purpose of prescribing and enforcing minimum regulations pertaining to standards for housing and property maintenance, that certain code known as the 2009 International Property Maintenance Code, including such amendments as are written from time to time by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc. subject to amendments or other provisions as contained in the following chapters of the Property Maintenance Code.
(B) A complete copy of such code shall be kept on file in the office of the City Manager. The Department of Service shall keep copies available for distribution to the public at cost.
