(A) Hindering fire fighting forces. No sign shall be erected, constructed or maintained so as to obstruct any fire escape, required exitway, windows or door opening used as a means of egress or to prevent free passage from one part of a roof to another part of the roof or access thereto, as required by the Division of Fire.
(B) Interference with ventilation. No sign shall be attached in any form, shape or manner which will interfere with any opening required for ventilation, except that such signs may be erected in front of and may cover transom windows.
(C) Traffic hazards. No sign shall be erected, constructed or maintained which shall constitute a hazard to traffic either by obstructing the view at an intersection or entrance, or by reason of its propensity to distraction.
