§ 1311.07 FOUNDATION DRAINS.

Foundation drains shall not be connected, either directly or indirectly, to the building sewer or public sewer. If any drains are installed, carrying surface or subsurface water, they shall be constructed to carry such water to the street or to natural watercourses.
