§ 1311.03 INSPECTION.

All building sewers shall be inspected and approved by the City Engineer after the pipe has been laid but before covering with the backfill. The person to whom the permit has been issued shall call the City Engineer, requesting the inspection, at least one day before the inspection is desired. The owner of the property is responsible for payment of inspection fees.
