§ 1307.12 REMOVAL OF WASTE MATERIAL.
   When proximity of other structures or public right-of-way or when for any other reason the Building Inspector deems it to be advisable, no material shall be dropped or thrown outside the exterior walls of a building during demolition or erection. Wood or metal chutes shall be provided for this purpose, and any material which in its removal will cause an excessive amount of dust shall be wet down to prevent the creation of a nuisance.
