(A) Generally. In the discharge of his or her duties, the Building Official or his or her representative shall have the authority to enter at any reasonable time, or anytime demanded by circumstances, any building, structure, or premises in the interests of enforcing the provisions of the code.
(B) Official identification. The Building Official or his or her representative shall display his or her official identification whenever requested.
