All of the requirements of the 2005 Ohio Building Code, including mechanical, and plumbing, dated 2002 and the 2002 National Electric Code, as amended from time to time and where not in conflict with this Code, are herewith adopted by the city for those buildings, structures and uses regulated by said Ohio Building Code. (All existing permits and buildings under design may be submitted under the 1998 current codes until June 30, 2002 with implementation in accordance with the Board of Building Standards memo dated November 2, 2001.)
