(A) All fees paid by persons charged in the City Court pursuant to a written deferral program shall be paid into a separate fund hereby established and titled the City Court Deferral Program Fund.
(B) Transfer of any monies within the Fund may be made only upon the written approval of the City Attorney.
(C) Monies in the Fund shall be expended only for the education, training or equipment for the City Police Department.
(D) The City Police Department, through its authorized agent, shall furnish an annual report to the Board of Public Works and Safety and to the Common Council as to the activities, receipts and expenses of the City Court deferral program.
